About Lucille Osborn
Lucille Osborn holds a culinary arts degree and has worked professionally as a freelance food stylist since 1996. A food stylist has the creative challenge of shopping for, preparing and artfully displaying food for video, television or still photography. For seven seasons, Lucille was the food stylist on set for Banyan Productions’s daytime show, Home Matters, aired on the Discovery Channel and led a team of stylists for Conde Nast’s food show, Epicurious. She has had the privilege to work with many noted food professionals: Lidia Bastianich, Ina Garten, Michael Lamonico, Mary Ann Esposito, Julie Rosso, Marcel Desaulniers, Amanda Hesser and Martin Yan. For the past twelve years, Lucille has freelanced at QVC’s broadcast kitchens, styling food for noted cookbook authors including Anne Byrn, Judy Rosenberg and Steven Raichlen.
Lucille is the wife of Senior Pastor Buddy Osborn, Calvary Chapel Kensington/ Rock Ministries of Philadelphia (www.therockphilly.org) and mom to daughter, Leigha. It is Lucille’s authoritative knowledge of cooking and her role as the wife of a senior pastor/ministry leader that inspired her writing of the live Psalm 34:8 Cooking Series classes. Since November 2008 hundreds of women from churches, women’s ministry groups and school groups have enjoyed Lucille’s knowledge of classic techniques and sampled her creative recipes. Through her easy going style and the innovative use of culinary arts, God’s Word is magnified and women are drawn closer to HIS truths for their lives.
